Last night I made Fajita Bowls using some Beef Strips, used too much lime juice in the Lime Rice. They were good but need some tweaking will try again.

Alone for dinner tonight so it is Breakfast for Dinner. Has some bacon to use up so having a Toasted Bacon and Tomato and used some leftover potatoes to make home fries

Thinking of making Potato Soup for dinner tonight, it is kind of quick, longest part is peeling the potatoes and then letting it simmer. We will see when I get off work

Change in plans since the weather was nicer then the radio said this morning and it wasn't really a soup day so Instead I made Pasta with a meat sauce with some mushrooms
