Did not feel like dinner last night. But DS x 2 did. Go figure.
Had lean ground beef thawed in fridge so made up burger patties. Made them oven fries to go with it. Dinner done.

Tonight: No plan lol. Just not in the mood. Will figure something out.

aww, glad I could help @KelJo . We find it keeps the chops moister and gives the outside a good crispy crunch.

forgot to add I made up two things yesterday. A lovely beef stew and chili!! No cooking for the guys until possibly the weekend?

On my way up north, most of the family is already there so I will stop at Weber's on my way up and grab a burger. Tomorrow will be bbq chicken, steak, potatoes and corn on the cob (if I can find any on my way up). Crappy time of year when we are shutting the place down for the winter

Spaghetti squash was a hit last week, so on again tonight by request.
I got a half lamb leg at Metro for a great price so boned it out and am grilling that too.
Likely do some more greens as well. We are trying to keep the carb intake down.

I drink more than enough carbs! CHEERS!
