Found a recipe in the paper for Crockpot butter chicken. It lacked any real depth of flavour. Disappointing. At least the apple pie was good.

We were supposed to have Roast Beef but Mom was an hour and a half late getting it in the oven so we ended up ordering pizza. Now Roast Beef will be on tomorrow's menu

..Saturday's party was fantastic, turned out excellent, I made A LOT of food and most of it was eaten and what was left we ate yesterday watching football. Nothing wasted. This evening baked potato and chicken

Saturday- Steak dinner! We found steak on mark down at our RCSS so that was dinner. With baked potatoes, carrots and mushrooms and onions.

Sunday- I cheated. We had to leave at dinner time for hockey out of town so I made ceaser salad (with real bacon for breakfast) and Janes chicken fillets.

Tonight- I think he said it was meatloaf Monday He is off today so he will make a nice dinner.

The corn bread was from a package I got as a present last Christmas.

The directions recommended you meter the habanero pepper satchel according to your desired level of heat.
We went all in, I will pay for it later.
