Last night I made a mushroom sauce using Cream of Mushroom Soup with Rice and Broccoli, couldn't decide on a protein so didn't have one.

I am on my own for dinner tonight so not sure yet it is supposed to cool down as the day goes on and there are a few things to be done at home so can't decide if I want to cook as I finally can (no AC on the main floor) or some thing quick and then get a few things done now that I won't sweat to death doing so.

Tomorrow night's dinner: Well it appears we are to have a cold snap so will plan a wonderful home cooked comfort meal. Thinking a crock pot meal! Will take something out of the freezer tonight

^^ after cleaning up the mess 2 times in the laundry room ( water overflowing from washer ) I just feel like ordering a pizza too!
Hoping that feeling passes, I have better options here to cook up.

For Thursday night I'm going to cook a turkey in my big boss fryer. I want to see how it works out. They say from frozen is 23 mins per lb. Does anyone know how big this turkey is lol. I got it free from the food bank and don't know how many lbs it is.
