Tonight using pillsbury crescent roll dough to make pizza rolls. Also some apps, small veggie tray, some chips etc for new years eve.

First time in 30 years myself and my wife have been alone for new years and looking forward to munchies, dinner and then watching movies until we fall asleep, but for sure we will be woken up to the kids calling us to wish us a happy new year

Yesterday was chili in fresh bread bowls.
Tonight is an appetizer buffet with friends to ring in the New Year.

My buddy is a Red Seal Cook. He was in the Air Force for 15 years and for quite awhile assigned to the Prime Minster's plane.
So its all on him tonight. I will help with the prep and stuff and then step back and watch the master go!

..the weather didn't hold out so no BBQ...plan B lots of apps, wings, dips, etc...lots of parties tonight so going to try and make an appearance at them all....here's to saying goodbye to 2017 and looking forward to a wonderful 2018, Happy New Year everyone!

Husband going to pick up Chinese food. Always order lots to give us variety, but they give massive portions so it will feed us for several days, with lots to take to our son tomorrow.

deep fried shrimp
honey garlic pork
chicken wings (honestly, they have the best in the city)
pork chow mein
chicken chop suey
Then I order a dinner for one which has veggie fried rice, chow mein, shrimp, and sweet and sour pork.
Order of chicken balls comes free with order - plus today, NY special we will also get free coconut buns.

I didn't have lunch, so I just can't wait - honestly, especially for the veggies!
