    No leftovers for me because Christmas eve and Christmas dinner was at my cousin's place. tonight will be meatball subs with coleslaw on it and potato salad.

    Tonite for supper was left overs turkey, potatoes, turnip , parsnips,carrots ,cabbage ,dressing from turkey, bread onion pudding , pease pudding , pastries ,dumplings and gravy

    The last day of leftovers and I found a couple of turkey wings (cant believe that I did not eat them yet) so I am crisping them up a bit in the oven and will also fry up about the last of the mash potatoes. Everyone else will have to fend for them selves

    ...I love turkey, I stuffed the last of my leftovers in the freezer to make turkey pot pies later, and the carcass, drums and all the other bones to make soup/stock at some point....I have ground round thawed to make burgers with fried onion, gouda, tomato and lettuce...but I might go for a drive later to look at some of the Christmas lights before they disappear for another year and maybe pick up a pizza on the way home
