Who knows when my man will be done work today but probably not till 7ish so I made the executive decision that it is a great night for Chinese. I have to drop the oldest off at work soon so will pick up the youngest his order of Chinese and then order and pick ours up later. It's Friday no rush needed!

I'm chopping up some roast ham with fresh mushrooms, green onion tops from the garden and putting it in Alfredo sauce. This will be served with speghitini and Mann's fresh peas.

We were making a couple of lasagna to freeze later and made way to much sauce so I thought I would make some pasta and have spaghetti. Thinking about going out and get some fresh bread fo it

Have fun! Sometimes our date nights get a little crazy and I am hating life the next day. Having unlimited wine in the cellar does not help to make smart choices when you are a few bottles in!

Last nite steak , mushroom,onions ,bake potatoes and vegetables ..bloody ceasar while waiting for our meal ..ohhh yes had have Diet Pepsi too

Tonite for dinner was breaded chicken parts , French fries and Diet Pepsi

I was up bright and early on Saturday. Made a " kitchen sink soup "! A full roastpan of it. The base was lots of rich chicken stock, added skinless/boneless thighs, onions, celery, bok choy, carrots, kidney beans, basmati rice, canned diced tomatoes, green pepper, and cabbage. Then baked up 24 cheese muffins.
These chilly mornings make soup a no brainer!
