BBQ steak - just got fresh yesterday, it wasn't marked, so I guessed eye of round, so gave it a good marinating all day. So flavour was great, but it was not tender enough. With the others we have which are the same, I will do in the oven low and slow, ensuring tenderness.
Served with panfried potatoes and onions, with pasta salad.

We ended up having sirloin steaks from our beef order. I expected grass fed beef to taste a bit different, but it didn't, was tasty though. DS is not a fan of steak, and I had chicken cooked in preparation in case we were late getting dinner together. I also put together some burgers to cook tonight, and made rolls.

Well made quesidias (sp) last night and the youngest loved them and asked for 2nds. He says I have never made them before. I have but I guess he wasn't home or ate something else. So a new regular menu idea for sure!

Beef stew with lots of carrots, mushrooms, green beans, onions and celery. I'm going to make a batch of dumpling and hope we have some leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

For husband - two leftover sirloin burgers, so I warmed them gently so they would be softened, melted cheddar and mozza shreds over, topped each with an egg fried over easy.
For both of us - Delissio rising crust deluxe.
