Last night for the men I made a weenies-beans-cheezy macaroni casserole thingee, along with salad. I just had salad and toast - tummy bugging me...

Tonight I am making 'slow cooker chicken' that's what the little man calls it at least. Lol!!
I use 4 chicken leg quarters,
1 bottle of BBQ sauce,
1 bottle of Kraft zesty Italian dressing and
1/4 cup of brown sugar.
Throw it all in the slow cooker/ crock pot on low for 8 hours. It's delish!!! I serve it over rice and pour some of the remaining sauce on the rice. I usually make carrots with this dinner. But I like peas with it too.We don't need to be rich, don't need to be famous just to have a good time!

Supper last night was roast beef and oven roasted carrots & nugget potatoes. Served with homemade bread and a salad too. Cherry cheesecake for dessert.

Tonight is shepards pie using left over roast beef from the weekend. Might stop on the way home and pick up some buns, homemade buns would be so good but working all day does not allow time for homemade.
Maybe just maybe our store will have some new tear pads.Last edited by SassyAshley; Wed, Mar 6th, 2013 at 01:42 PM.

Yum that sushi looks good!
I'm having leftover vegan chili and a crusty bun for supper. I picked up a huge package of day olds at Sobeys that had at least 6 crusty buns and 4 bagels (I needed the bagels and it was cheaper this way), so I have a bunch of crusty buns to eat which means no baking biscuits for me for the next two weeks!

well...i think that I'll go to my local 7-11 and get chicken nuggets, pizza, and hot dogs, and then let everyone fight for what they are going to eat...I'll just have toast with cream of mushroom soup
