Maybe I should not of made 3 chickens the other night because it looks like left over chicken again tonight.

And to think turkey day is approaching, we will not want to even see a bird on the plate again so soon

Made my meatball pizza using pancake mix lol. Turned out nice but I forgot to take a picture lol. Also made a berry mango smoothie which was awesome.

Freeze it! Either in chunks or shredded. Shredded with a bit of sauce makes for a nice taco or sandwich and chunks could be put into pot pie or soup!

Dh decided to order Chinese delivery while I was at gymnastics with our son. The delivery order was wrong, so the delivery driver called his boss, left most of the wrong order and came back with the rest of the items from our order. Dh had ordered dinner for two, plus a 1/2 order of war wonton soup. He was only charged for the dinner for two. The free additions to our order was 1/2 order wanton soup, full order war wonton soup, 2 spring rolls, plus Chicken balls with sauce. We certainly oh have leftovers for tonight's supper and then some.

Sounds good that you have all those leftovers. I once ordered a pizza from pizza pizza. While the driver was already on the way I got a call from the restaurant saying they forgot 1 topping. They said they would send another pizza for free or I can get a free pizza another time and I could keep the pizza already on the way. I decided to get the free pizza on another day.

Tonight I'll make another pizza or a calzone. Last nights was really good.

last night I did up a quickie version of beef stroganoff ( just a small batch for DH ), baked up one of those Swiss Chalet chicken pot pies ( for DD) and this morning I sauteed up 6 nice chunks of cod, and boiled a few new potatoes so the guys can put together a work meal.
I had liver and onions.

Fried pork chops with mushrooms and onions and baked potatoes top with cheese ,chives and bacon , beef fried rice , egg rolls and salad and Diet Pepsi.. almost ready to eat now

Basic peameal bacon on a bun with fried red peppers and onions and a bit of mayo.

Stuffed baked chicken breasts tonight. I know thanksgiving is in less than a week but dangit I want it!

Just catching up.
My daughter got married Saturday, I had prime rib, it was excellent.
The rest of the week has been a bit of a blur.

No food pictures, just a proud Dad.

Leftover chili

On my own last night for dinner and so behind at work I decided I need quick and easy so I could spend some quality time with my laptop catching up so Kraft Dinner was on the menu last night.

Not sure for tonight yet thinking something easy as my kitchen needs to be cleaned up, dishwasher emptied and reloaded and I see a few dishes that cannot go in the dishwasher that will need to be washed by hand. I will ponder this as the day goes on and hopefully by the time I leave work I will have a plan
