Hubby bought me some pre-cooked lobsters today. He always gets me some for Mothers day. Im the only one who loves lobster here. Had one for lunch; it was simply delicious!

I hope DS is not offended but I am copying the meal he made for us last night! The flatbread dough has more than doubled in size and is ready to roll out 8 circles from it.
I am " mid marination " with the SKBL chicken breasts. ( I'll let it sit another half hour ) Have to make another batch of faux tzatziki anyways and will roast ( blacken ) a few more red bell peppers. Dicing up 2 more tomatoes as well.
With the satiety level being 100% for all of us last night, I just had to have more on hand for tonight.

Half of the last flatbread with " some " of the grilled pork skewer meat and tzatziki sauce tucked inside.
Saved the last 1/2 of the flatbread and meat for DS when he's on his mealtime schedule.
Atm we all seem to be on different raid the fridge shifts.

For DD and myself i made chopped egg sandwiches with onions and pepper. And for the DS, SIL and hubby i made different flavoured sausages on buns with saurkrout and cheese. Homefries in the airfryer for all and yellow cherry tomatoes from my hanging tomato plant. Plus i had some boiled eggs on the side if anyone wanted any. And for dessert, this morning i bought a big basket of freshly picked strawberries and we ate the whole basket in one sitting!
