i bought a pre-packed deli meat from RCSS that has 3 types: turkey, chicken and ham. They were cheaper than buying just the turkey or chicken. My kids only eat the turkey and ham. So i fix ham sandwiches for work.

A whole chicken and then 3 lbs. wings all done in the Air Fryer. Caesar salad will be the only side. Will be for both lunch and dinner today.

On Thursday afternoon the 3 of us did another taco meal. This time I made double the meat mixture as DH likes to make Sloppy Joe's instead of conforming to the soft Tortillas or Hard shells. There was plenty of chopped veg, lettuce and sour cream! So yummy. I'd never bought this type of hard taco shells before but they're awesome, Ranch Dressing infused.
Later in the evening DS treated just us to some of AI's finest sushi, sashimi and Dragon rolls, while DH rolled his eyes and ate more taco meat....ha ha ( not a fan of the fishy rolls )Last edited by walkonby; Fri, Jul 12th, 2024 at 02:13 PM.

I only cooked up 4 of these onions rings and was Kent Rollins ever correct! The crispiest, crunchiest rings I've ever made. I didn't add any spices to the flour like he did, only lightly salted them when they came out of the fryer.

These will be for lunch today. I had leftover cooked sushi rice from making rice pudding so decided to use it for these! Canned tuna in some and steamed cod in the others.
I only have one rule....NO avocado. Cannot stand that stuff and I get grief about that often from those that love avocado.

I always have to look up what things are as the names of the dishes escapes me. Aloo gobi being a cauliflower/potato curry....I think? lol. Sounds delish!
