It will be a celebration ( sister's birthday ) at a restaurant this afternoon. I must choose from the menu carefully so as not to undo my very hard fought weight losses.
Will update tomorrow.

Not to gross everyone out. I saw a post from my local FB page about worms in salmon that was bought at costco. I've been gross out by that. Anyway have been eating chicken and turkey. Made turkey soup.

At mcd with my girls. They like the playplace. Ordered a box of 20 nuggets for $12.25 (tax included) and 1 large fountain $1 (app offer) and 1 large iced coffee (app offer) for myself cause I already had a piece of blueberry cheesecake at home.

Not feeling " lunchy " just yet. Breakfast was larger than usual and included higher protein so that has kept me full I think.
I might just wait and eat a bigger dinner around 6 p.m.

yeah, I just HAD to have another ( half ) bowl of that homemade Chicken Pho. My brunch today was soup, a Lavash wrap with Butterball turkey bacon and tomato.
Jicama sticks with hummus and Greek yogurt with berries, A Watermelon and Pineapple chunk on the side. Coffee was earlier so I just had water with this.

celebrating with my big sister today at Swiss Chalet. We didn't host a Thanksgiving dinner this year and she usually attends when we do so this is my attempt at a make-up lunch!
