My daughter called last night at 11.30 and said listen mom to Sebastian breathing,she said she wished to take him to the hospital .Well she went to a hospital in the east end of toronto and 4 hours later he has pneumonia,poor little guy .
Of course short staffed they were ,maybe she should have gone downtown to sick kids ,but she rushed out .The nurse said it is long wait times everywhere.
She asked at one point can he lie on this stretcher that was empty just so he could get some sleep as he didnt sleep ,she was told no we need that for emergencies.My daughter forgot the their water bottles ,she said i couldnt even go and buy one and leave him alone .


Of course he fell asleep and some crack head woke him up screaming i mean the time was after 11.30 p.m .Her ex was out of town .So he has meds and was sent home ,years ago my dear son had croup and was in the hospital for 5 days .Cant they keep kids overnight ,even Cara had her tonsils out the same day at McMaster kids hospital last March and was sent home that afternoon .Then in april or may they shut down the tonsil operations due to 2 kids dying.

Just my rant for the day wish they would keep elderly or small children overnight,at least one night.!!

Arm is still sore to the touch so no painting til are arms feel better .Is it 3 days of a sore arm after 2 shots anybody else have 2 shots?
Son asked if we could watch the girls on sunday as he is taking his wife to a winery with a fire pit for lunch .I said ahhh how romantic and he said i am trying to do nice gestures after 14 years mom.Ahhh love my son .

CG-sorry your grandson is sick. I think it is good news that they didn't need to keep him-hopefully he will recover quickly.

Thanks Lizzie and Sassy ,my daughter got the meds for him plus a puffer and she is letting him sleep with her so she can be aware of his breathing tonight.

Off to bed to read for awhile then sleep as i was worried last night about the little guy Sebastian .

I went to the mall when it opened at 11.00 a.m to return my pants to old navy,soo busy already ,of course escalators are not working.

I went in claires got 40% for a few stocking stuffers for the girls spent $33

I also got a black t-shirt in reitmans at the start of the summer they were 32.00 now they are 12.99-20% off=11.74-4.51 in a gift card i had forever in my wallet.$7.23 for a top is a great price ,slowly building up my wardrobe for next summer .

Then came home as my arthritis in my legs was bothering me.

Good Morning Everyone,
The perfect storm came together (having trouble sleeping, not eating right and stress has got me again) and woke up Saturday morning feeling like I was getting a sinus infection, yesterday woke up with a full blown cold. Tested this morning because I am still sick, negative, if it has of been positive I am out of work for 5 days. Still went ahead and cancelled my training this week because talking makes me cough and today my throat is bugging me.

Got nothing done over the weekend which honestly, sucks, I had a huge to-do list but just rested and relaxed hoping I would feel better today.

Today for work I am catching up on my emails, I fell behind last week, I tried to do some work Saturday but I did not have the brain capacity and yesterday, no, just not it wasn't happening. Will work on some generalized training stuff, trying to come up with some opening day packages. Internet at work came back up Saturday morning at 12:48, only know because I got system generated emails.

This morning I decided to make myself some Baked Apple Oatmeal, really wanted something warm and comforting and this fit the bill. Plus I will now have breakfast for the rest of the week, yay!!!!!

Kind of wishing I had been more on my game this morning and put something in the Slow Cooker for dinner because I am pretty sure by dinner time I will be done.

My house is a disaster so much to get done but going to take it slow because when I do get up and move around I feel like I cannot breathe. I did manage to clean out the fridge yesterday, we did have some food waste this week we did not finish all the leftovers, I should have seen something was coming because food was just meh. But got it all out and took out the garbage, Mom did the dishes.

Afternoon called an 80 year old friend ,old co-worker talked for an hour .Hubby wanted to pain our closet today as we fixed it last year as it feel apart (had those white metal racks with clamps)the clamps broke and i didnt even have a lot of clothing on the racks -i guess they were old 26 years .

The rollers we got from walmart -i did are crappy so will never buy them there again .

Just a lazy day ,helping hubby when i can .

Hey @SassyAshley all of that just sounds like Monday...what a jerk Monday is eh? ha ha Cheer up, hope that cold disappears fast.
I did as little as possible after focusing on doing the 15 min. on the stationary bike, 2 x 25 pull downs on DH's machine, then heading
out to WM for a few fresh veg, fruits and herbs. All the important tasks here were done before 11 a.m.
Then I promptly dozed off in the recliner till almost 2 p.m.! That shocked me. Wonder what Tuesday will bring us?

Saturday- got the semi-annual vacuuming of fridge and wooden pantry unit done! Ran an Affresh cycle for the washing machine too. Had to really wipe down inside of agitator to get the stuff off after the cycle. Wish I had that Oxy product used by the Youtube creator to clean the washer and toss in the shower liner. The liner does not clean in a washing cycle so I will take liner down and scrub it by hand with cleaner. Still liking the magnets at the bottom of liner.

Was walking past a store with posters saying, "Big Urge" opening soon. I was curious what type of business they were, so I went into the cannabis store next door. The lady asked, 'Big Urge'? Oh, you mean Big Burger! LMAO

Good Day! Rainy wet damp day here today.
Feels like a Monday...took yesterday off. So 4 days to get all the work things done before vacation.

Will do laundry later today and hang to dry.

Dinner- Something easy...will figure it out later. Maybe pasta. I may go out and buy fresh ground beef today and would cook up and just add the homemade sauce in the freezer. We will see!

Feeling tired from time change/women monthly friend (and I have had lots of sleep!) Hopefully after a shower I will wake up.
Really need to wash my hair!! It is a long knotty mess in a bun.

Closet painted ,yes ! Now putting my 20 long sleeve tops out on the rack .I will slowly build my wardrobe too many expenses last month and this month .Hung hubbys clothing also ,going thru summer tops ones that are xl i am saving for my sister-in-law in London.

Gorgeous day out i may go out to pick up the carters order then popped into walmart.
