Afternoon ,my son is 41 today .We are watching the girls after school and he asked us if we could stay til about 10.00 p.m ,so him and the wife can go out to a show.
They wont be late as he has to work this weekend .

I think this is the nicest birthday he has ever had weather wise ,as when he was a little boy it was always a snow storm and i had to make a cake from scratch .lol.

Good earlier evening everyone,

I took the the compost and the recycle out .
Between yesterday and today i took the 3 floors 8 times lol. ( Double time going and return)
I think I did my work out
I went to get my pills. Saved 16$ by counting them and balance them to renew all at the same time .
Then dad made me a visit to our city library I never get in before,it was nice to see it.
Speaking of my dad no news dates for his leg surgery and they are delays in QC so probably it will not be in March...
He went for picking up a book .

That is all I have in me for today.

I seem to be utilizing the scene pts lately ,as even today shoppers wanted me to spent $75 or more just to get 20 times the points ,last week it was 90.00.

We are just pulling out of Manila. My cousin lives here so he picked us up and took us around-a very good day. Now 3 sea days then Bali and then 4 stops in Australia before winging our way home in 2 weeks. My cousin says 80% of the people here live on $6 US or less per day-quite a lot of poverty. So 7 weeks done and 2 more to go. Hope spring will be coming by the time I get home-today was 34 so I may be in for a shock!

Good Morning Everyone,
UGH, I really should be prepping but I don't feel like it. I am super tired today.

Friday was going well until it wasn't something so small was made into a huge issue and it sent me spinning (I missed an email month ago and instead of asking me about it, it was sent to the upper management, and became about risk of the things only I do). Yeah, I was annoyed and spinning.

I was still spinning yesterday morning but I had to put it aside because it was my sister-in-law's baby shower and as much as I wanted to not see certain people it was one of those deep breathes let's go. I picked up the cupcakes and then went and help with the set up.

It was a lovely afternoon a ton of people but I more enjoyed after the baby shower, the close family just hung out. My step mom's sister who I haven't seen in years was there, myself, sister-in-law, bro, other bro's gf and step-mom and later dad showed up so we all just hung out chatted.

I didn't go to leave Dad's until just after 7 but then after helping bro load his car, it was almost 7:30 so I just grabbed dinner on the way home. Not happy about take-out twice in a one week but life happens.

I did not think I was going to be out so late so I had planned to maybe run to Costco and stop at WalMart on the way home but that did not happen. I will probably skip Costco now but still need to find time to run to WalMart.

I really need to come up with a meal plan and do some prep but also not feeling it so we will see how it goes. I am struggling with food, I am in a ruit nothing sounds good, no cravings, makes meal planning a bit tough.

Right now, I put some bacon in the oven and have my produce soaking. I also have a pack of ground beef I need to turn into Taco meat and then we will see where the day takes me.

Good afternoon ,i am struggling with sleep up at 7.00 a.m this morning cause neighbours son's car needs a new muffler .uggg.
Staying in today ,no spend day .I have been out a lot lately picking up deals everywhere .

Supper today lasagna ,nice and easy .Starting a 500 piece kitten puzzle ,keep my mind young .lol.God knows my body isnt young this past month .

It's a no eating day....ha ha .
Actually it's more accurate to call it a " saving our appetites " day for a lovely get together later this evening to celebrate DH's sisters b'day.
There will be 9 of us! Italian place. Should be a hoot! So looking forward to the company and the laughs plus the many yummy entrees.
Frugal?? Well, we haven't cooked anything here nor have I gone out to any grocery stores today. However, the final restaurant bill will negate
any savings we've managed to score earlier last week. Oh well!

Rescued 8x milk shakes from my Shell station.

Found a 1-pound Red Velvet cake at T&T for $2.50, so I decided to find out how RV tastes. It tastes just like choc cake. Am I missing something?

Love red velvet and the icing is the best!
