Which companies have you emailed?

Mine took about a week to come. I just used it at Price Chopper. Chapman's ice cream is on for $1.97.
I bought 3.
0.97 for 3 tubs of ice cream is not bad!

Boys! I wish the Price Chopper in my area had that sale. And to think I feel privileged when it's on sale for $2.99. Oh well, I still love it.

It works. You are only allowed 1 coupon this year this way but they sent me $5 last year and $5 this year. Chapmans is the best icecream ever. My fav only comes out at christmas - eggnog yum.

Last year I phoned to inform Scotsburn that a container of ice-cream I bought had the cardboard insert inside the lid instead of on the outside. They asked me to throw out the ice-cream and sent me three $5.oo coupons to replace it.
Another time I phoned Robin Hood to inform them of the condition of their frozen muffins and they sent me two $10.oo coupons.
My calls are always genuine and I always just call to "inform" the companies of a situation and to ask them if they've had a similar problem. I always get a positive response and multiple, high value coupons.
However, I have never called or emailed just to ask for coupons. DO I HAVE THE NERVE??

I have a list of a few products, here goes...

Rimmel- bought one of their eye products (big pencil) had an allergic reaction, sent them an email, and they shot me off a huge packaged stuff with free products!

Lancome- bought primer specially for GWP, and the juicy tube inside (sample of raspberry ice)... it burned my lips so I emailed them, and they called me, and just yesterday sent me a cheque for the price of a FULL juicy tube. Excellent customer service, but the letter said something about èconfidenceè. Apparently this means ètake the money and please donèt sue!è

So Good- ( I sound like a whiner! ) I bought the 946 size of their chocolate soy milk, with the expiration well over a week away. When I opened it, it smelled like earth! Rotten dirt! Terrible smell! Tasted it (stupid) and it made me awfully sick. They will be sending me FPC vouchers.

I always complain if something is wrong with a product I am not going to pay money for something and have it broken or poppy or anything else lol. I just had drinking boxes that had mold on them that don't expire till Sept there sending me out a cheque for replacment due to being a product from Costco!!!

Is there a list anywhere on this site that has Companies that will mail you coupons if you contact them? I was certain I saw one not long ago but now I cannot find it. Thanks for any help that is offered
