    My walmart told me "no" that the picture is for the glass ones...they peeved me off..so I too had contacted SC Johnson last Wednesday and they haven't contacted me back yet...but I will just print off the reply from SC Johnson posted here and go back...sometimes I really hate WalMart...Funny thing is, they let my sister use the 10.00 off Olay on bodywashes when it clearly excluded trial sizes and body washing products..go figure (she just wanted to try it, sneaky girl)

    This item is proving to be causing quite some problems with our being able to redeem our coupons for it! The coupon does have the picture of the glass candle holder but nowhere does it state that the coupon must be redeemed for the GLASS holder. When you read the booklet on the bottom of the tin containers you will see that Glade does refer to the item as a holder. (When you look at the Glade website the tin is labelled as a new product - I wonder if maybe the coupons were made up before the tins were actually going to be released?)
    As for the cashiers accepting the coupons or not, I am finding that it is just a matter of who the cashier is. Some for a reason or another just seem to look really closely at the item and all they see and read is that the item is a refillable candle. The wording on the item itself leaves to a lot of member has taken the initiative to contact SCJohnson and has received a response she chose to share with us, if you can, just print it out and present it to the cashier. The store will get reimbursed their money so they aren't losing anything. If anything they are keeping customers happy and happy customers will keep coming back to spend more money!!
    It seems to be a hugh hassle but if in fact we as the customer/consumer want to purchase the tin holder vs the glass holder and we can legitimately use the coupon made available by SCJohnson for it, then I don't see why we shouldn't stand our ground and benefit from the savings.

    I never had a problem till Friday when I went to WM in Markham. They argued with me had two managers. Finally told them to stick it and I didnt want it. Ill have to print this off and show them when they decide to disagree LOL
