Did the follow-up phone call for the 2nd product I received a week ago!

I did 6 surveys in March and so far, I've only gotten points for 1 of them. I just joined in February based on the good comments I've found on SC here, so I hope the hype is true. I did the one for the 500 points too and it took quite a while, haven't gotten those points yet either.

No, they are separate. You don't get any points for product testing. The 500 points I was referring to was a survey that I did back in March that I never got credited for. You only get points for surveys that you answer online.
