I am livid, TNS is done for me now. I agreed to test a product for them and this is what happened. 8 am, they started calling, 3 times in a row, letting the phone ring and ring until they woke up me & my hubby. I didn't get to the phone in time. While I was at work today, they phoned an additional 19 times! WTF!!!!!! Driving my son and husband insane.

I am so livid, considering they haven't even paid me out from Nov, Dec, Jan $40 in amazon.
I have no problem with doing the survey but calling someone 22 times in ONE day is just stupid and calling 3 times in the span of 5 min at 8 am has angered me beyond words.

This is my last survey with them, they will get a piece of my mind too when I speak to them tomm.

It's odd reading this, because I got a product to test over 10 days ago and I still haven't gotten a call - unusual, since they usually call in four or five days...
In the past when they've called, the most I've ever gotten is twice a day when I've missed calls - morning and afternoon - the vast majority of the time it's just once in a day, and they will try a different part of the day each time.

In your case, if your husband was home, why didn't he just answer and give them a time for them to call when you'd be home, like that evening?

No one answers if it's for me, I tell them not to so I will get the voicemails at work if I need to pick up messages. I spoke to TNS and they said it was crazy that I was phoned 22 times. They contract out to a call center and it seems that they will keep putting your name and number back in the queue and repeatedly call again and again.

Either way, This past yr with TNS has not been very good, I'm just not very pleased with their point crediting, their prize redemption wait times and now this phone call stuff. It just seems like they dont care anymore about our time. I'm just a little frustrated with them at this point.

I have done several product tests for them and never got more than 2 calls a day, if I was your hubby and the phone kept ringing, I would have picked it up and told them you were not home and would call them, if they dont leave a VM the first time its unlikely they will the 10th time

That is terrible. I generally say no when they ask if I will do a phone survey for a product test. I did say yes once and it worked out fine, but I generally don't answer any unknown names or 1800 numbers usually, so I found that I kept wondering if I should answer and decided it wasn't worth having to deal with the telemarketers, so I've said no ever since. I just stick to the online surveys for points and I did get a product to test which had an online survey instead of a phone survey once.

Did anyone get the one question survey? The survey about the survey was longer than the actual survey! lol! The only question was if you're employed or not.

Only worth 10 points though.

They send those occasionally to update their database so you are sent more relevant surveys
