Tonight`s supper will be some sort of sausages hubby bought (Merquze (spelling) and bacon/cheddar) with yellow string beans, carrots and potatoes boiled together, drained and mixed with lots of fried bread crumbs topped off with a nice tomato and onion salad. For dessert i made chocolate pudding.
Chinese five spice pork ribs with broccoli and rice.
Tonight involves some variation of macaroni, onions, mushrooms, peppers, tomato sauce and cheese.
Splurged tonight. DS wanted 'cheesy mac' lol. Made a vanilla almond milk cheese sauce, tossed in some brocolli and of course i covered mine in hit sauce.

Shmeelady , do you have the recipe for the ''cheese'' sauce ?? :)
Yes and no. I have tried a few recipes in the past and this one is kind of a combination of the both, DS and I both prefer it. You can use all water or half water instead of the milk alternative, but I find it has a creamier consistency.
2 cups milk alternative or water
1/3 cup boiled carrot (peeled)
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Half a squeezed lemon (not sure on exact measurement, I don't measure)
Minced white onion (about 1/4 of the onion) or onion powder
good pinch of salt
Basically, you throw everything into a food processor until it's super blended and then either toss it over noodles and bake until bubbly or heat it in a saucepan.
I also make a mean vegan alfredo sauce. Which I will be doing next week with some homemade vegan noodles! *happy dance*
A box of ice cream. I will get a little bit after dishing up 8 bowls for the 4 dogs and 4 cats watching me.
FREE left-overs from work, two nights in a row!!!!!!!!!
Tonight we had grilled steak, boiled potatoes fresh from the farm, yellow beans from our garden and raspberries from our garden with whipped cream for dessert.
Last night was an odd combo, but it worked somehow! Spaghetti with the leftover beef gravy as sauce (my son was in heaven!), chicken strips, garlic toast.
Last night was leftover crazy lasagna with a piece of buttered rye bread. Don't know what it is I know there are noodles which are a carb but I still need a bready/crackery carb on the side.
