    now I'm craving fries...if I have a bbq this evening at the cabin I'm going to try cooking fries in a deep, cast iron fry pan using Fluffo

    Tonight will be a leftover homemade burger from the weekend reheated in the oven so it doesn't go mushy. On the side I am not sure yet we have tons of left over mashed potatoes so thinking either Mashed Potato Bake or Homemade Sweet Potato Chips as I have some sweet potatoes to use up as well. We will see how I feel once I get home tonight.

    DH made it all ( mostly for him and DS as a work meal for later ) but he invited DD and I to the table ( lol!! adorable) So it was Marc Angelo sausages, mashed potato, a veg medley ( cabbage, red onion, bell peppers, tomato, zucchini, in ??? sauce, chef's keeping tight lipped but it was tasty! ) and pork 'n beans.
