Wishing everyone a fantastic Victoria Day long-weekend!
Tonight we are having homemade burgers on the bbq with homemade pasta salad. And a beer! Woohoo! Start to the long weekend! Tomorrow night we are bbqing a whole chicken serving with potatoes, veggies and salad (either Greek or Ceaser)
Tonight it's Halibut and chips with a salad.

I made my husband six scrambled eggs with sauteed onion and leftover baked potato pieces, he had with 1/2 loaf of bread. I first just had an orange - then a couple of hours later had a plain scrambled egg with a toasted bagel and an English muffin.

Making some sub sandwiches for supper tonight. It's going to be warm so we plan on keeping the oven off. :)

Hoping to maybe BBQ but will have to see what the weather does as there is a chance of rain this afternoon. Time to get in summer mode and keep pasta and potato salad in the fridge as quick sides for Sausages and Burgers. Will update once I know more.
Last night we had breakfast pitas with a glass of milk. I put all of the ingredients in separate spots on LO's plate and he ate well.
Pork chops and baked potatoes on the BBQ with steamed green beans.

..bought 10 lbs of mussels this afternoon so a change in dinner plans,..seafood heaven has started :)

Huge change of plans, finally got my mom to work on our basement yippee but we lost track of time and were sore and stiff from all the heavy lifting so we ordered pizza. We will now spend the rest of the weekend batch cooking so this does not happen again
