..at this point I'm hoping to be asked out for dinner..lol, I need to get propane and the one place that sells it is not open on the weekend :neutral:..so if I'm not rescued by friends or family I may have to take out one of my frozen container of leftovers :)...or maybe a stir-fry,,,TBD
Pork chops, baked potatoes and green beans.
We had a lot of veggies in the fridge that needed to be used up, so I decided to make vegetable & bean soup. And it clears up some room in the fridge too. Win win.
I'm at Cat Cora's Kitchen at the Salt Lake City airport! Just ordered her pale ale and baked jalapeno poppers with creamy feta cheese.

last night i had curry ground beef with rice.
We have company for a few days so tonight will be pulled pork on homemade buns with side dishes and tomorrow we will splurge and grill steaks as they will leave Tuesday. May not be a frugal weekend but we are having lots of fun!
Comfort food tonight for dinner. Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, Fresh yellow beans and leftover cole slaw. Dessert: Vanilla Ice Cream with Strawberry Coulis.
Tonight its salmon and sausages on the BBQ with corn on the cob, rice and broccoli.

Pork loin was on sale, so my Awesome Husband is making schnitzel tonight. I'll make mashed potatoes and some sort of hot veg to go with it.
