takeout - husband had boneless ribs and bread (gosh, how boring he always orders the same thing - they are good, though)
I had schnitzel, spaetzle, sauekraut, and a smokie - ate just half of everything.

Casserole in a pan, I suppose - sauteed onions, celery, cauliflower, added cooked peas; made a mushroom sauce, added 3/4 can of flaked tuna, and mixed in shell pasta. Served with garlic toast.

..went to friends for dinner last night, I took the ribs & rice and they had lasagna, caesar salad & garlic toast..we had a feast...doing it all again this evening lol...having a fish fry of deep fried goodness...halibut is on the menu and I'm bringing squid to make calamari, and shrimp and onion rings and fries, etc...I have LOADS of kale so I might clean some and get it all ready and do a big pan of kale sauteed with onions , garlic & bacon...I could eat that everyday! AND, last night I won a 12pk case of Coors under my cap--I see blue mountains in my future

Something ive been craving for quite a while: potato platzkis with sour cream! We dont make them often because you have to fry them but once every six months is ok.
