Went to a Chinese buffet in Bangor. Had some rice noodles, beef and broccoli, chicken drumsticks and chicken teriyaki.

Something ive been craving for quite a while: potato platzkis with sour cream! We dont make them often because you have to fry them but once every six months is ok.

Oh, YUM! It's been much too long since I have made some - must put on my to-make-soon list!

Tonight for supper, homemade chicken soup.

Comfort food for dinner tonight! Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy, brussel sprouts and green salad. Going to make a Coffee Cake later today for dessert.

Since it is cooler today I am going to toss a roast int he oven for dinner. No idea exactly what we will have with it but whatever it is will leave us with leftovers for the week.

We had roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy and fresh broccoli. There is a full Tupperware container for ds tomorrow and meat for sandwiches

leftover meatloaf sandwiches with spicey mustard.

Yesterday i also made this salad i tried at IGA. It is a beet and tomato salad. I used 2 cooked beets, chopped into very small pièces, 3 tomatoes chopped into very small pièces, little bit of olive oïl and a dash of balsamic vinegar. I let it sit in the fridge overnight and tried it this morning. Delicious!
