DH is the chef! Honey garlic sausages, mashed spuds, fresh steamed green beans and carrots. Plus a pan of fried onions. yummy!!
Had dinner at DD, Chinese. Cantonese chow mien, breaded shrimp, chicken fried rice, beef with broccoli and egg and spring rolls. It sure was yummy!
Burgers with Plain Chips and Onion Dip
..cooking a jiggs dinner, its sooo stormy here today! I have a pork roast in the oven and the pot on the stove has salt beef, peas pudding, cabbage, turnip, carrot, potato and an onion, bread pudding (its a new recipe that I'm trying, its savory and made for lots of gravy!!) :)
Easter dinner leftovers
Friday night we had turkey dinner and fixings.
Saturday night we made rotisserie chicken, homemade fries with asparagus.
Sunday night we had prime rib dinner with fixings.
Tonight- My man took leftover prime rib from dinner last night and plans on making us fancy hot sandwiches. I will leave it to him. I know it will be good :)

Came home to ham and potato soup. Other than toasted westerns it is about the best dish using leftover ham that we use.
Roast pork and baked taters. Havent decided on a veggie.

Trying use up turkey from yesterday .. so decided make clubhouse sandwiches and home made fries with dressing on top then lots gravy ohhh so yummy, coleslaw and cold Diet Pepsi.
