got a package of fresh pasta sheets so i made lasagna for dinner tonight
Did 3 large pizzas up for the gang using those Dollar Tree pre-made thin crusts. Made all 3 of them meat lovers, using 2 kinds pepperoni, bacon, salami, then tossed on pineapple tidbits, diced bell peppers and lots of Mozzerella. I ate my cauliflower pizza.
Berber spice pork chop, eggplant parmigiana and grilled veggies.
Last night I had Sausage with Fried Potatoes and Garlic Cauliflower & Broccoli
We had sweet and spicy chicken wraps. The family gave it 8 out of 10
...It was my birthday yesterday, it was a FULL weekend of food & drink..:) the food was endless, we started Friday and it went right into yesterday's game day/night :) Omaha!

Kelsey's made it ALL right once I followed her advice. They comped the entire amount of our family's dinner ( and then some ) with multiple GC's !!! Wow, THAT is how you show your customers that you appreciate them and want them to return.
