Actually the drive part to see the lights reminded me that we have not done that this year yet. We will for sure be doing it tonight. Thanks for the reminder

Cod and chips from my fave place - bless my husband for bringing this home for us in the freezing weather (food was still hot!). He was on his way home from seeing our son, so it's not like I sent him out just for that!

Nat-glad you are feeling better. We were in Saskatoon in Nov and had some of your fav fish and chips and they were mighty good.

I think tonight will be lasagne with home made cheese curds. Veggies are up for debate: Salad, coleslaw, sugar snap peas, celery, garden carrot sticks.

edit: I’m not feeling up for making lasagne and our son says he doesn’t want lasagne. I froze the home made cheese curds. Fish sticks and French fries are in the oven. I’m not feeling very well. We spent nearly 2hrs assembling the Build & Play Construction Zone toy that Grandpareents gave to our kids to share.

Chicken stuffed sandwich,various cheese ,dip and carrots sticks.

I'm no foodie as you've probably discerned.
I eat because I have to not because I want to.
Cool enough to BBQ today, roast beast and chicken parts.
My patio faces south and the trees are too young to give much shade
just warm enough at 2pm to switch to shorts.

I had my husband's leftover fish and chips, plus some corn. He had leftover garlic ribs, potato salad and slices of fresh bakery 🍞, his slices are three inches thick, lol!

Tonight will be steak on the BBQ with mash and broccoli. Need to sweep the snow off the BBQ first [emoji3]
