What's For Dinner?

Dh is gone for a last minute weekend trip for meetings. I have a nasty migraine. I cooked KD, wieners, and mixed veggies for the kids.

Just going to have good old fashioned beef pot roast and will probably throw in some potatoes, onion, celery stalks, carrots and mushrooms in towards the end

Last night I made Meat Sauce using Classico Roasted Portabello Sauce with some extra mushrooms and ground beef over pasta.

Tonight is a mystery so far

Homemade veal sauce lasagna, garlic bread and salad. Probably a Nestle cone for dessert.

what terribly slow service! Slower than slow, we were all but ignored! So I filled out the survey with unkind but accurate words about the experience.

Last nigh we had Mixed Veggie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce. I had cooked way too many noodles Saturday night so we used the left overs last night and added in some Mushroom, Zucchini, Peppers, Sun Dried Tomatoes and a jar of Alfredo.

Tonight there is some leftover meat sauce and I am on my own for dinner so thinking I will add some more veggies to bulk it up and call that dinner.

roast pan of chili is all made, corn bread muffins are golden brown and just out of the oven! The guys will sure enjoy this as their work meal.
