What's For Dinner?

Steak marinated in red wine, garlic, and thyme. Leftover vegies from a pot roast. Raspberries and blueberries with vanilla yogurt for desert. Coffee.

very late supper - McD's - I had chicken nuggets and small fries - haven't had the nuggets in years, still as good as ever. Husband had quarter pounders and fries.

I made baked beans and a broccoli salad as well.

Dh is going to BBQ pork steaks and make a mushroom sauce. I'm going to make the rice and mixed veg
veggies to go with it.

Picked up Chinese for fathers day which was no easy task , took over an hour to be ready! Chocolate cake for dessert.

I got home late from a funeral, and not very hungry, so just made a salad.

..lots of leftovers from yesterday so will have to make do...might even have supper on the deck if it doesn't rain and the wind calms down

Friday night (Date night) we had boneless skinless chicken breast butterflied and spiced up on the bbq, double twice baked potatoes (he bakes them then empties them in a bowl and mixes with chive, cheese and sour cream then puts back in skin and bakes again) he also made a wonderful sauce for the chicken (zucchini, tomatoes, peppers and onions with cream cheese) with garlic bread. Was really good!


Saturday- Someone drank too much wine Friday night. Didn't eat all day but felt like something good. He picked us up burgers and fries at the local town dock. Was ok but not what my stomach needed.


Sunday- Pork chop on the bbq with leftover twice backed potatoes and Greek salad.

Last night for Father's Day my Step Mom BBQ Homemade Burgers, Hotdogs and to go with them Homemade Potato Salad and Cucumber Salad. Bro brought an Apple Caramel Pie for dessert.

Tonight I am on my own a little torn but thinking maybe Pasta which I have been craving lately so will do a meat sauce over Pasta but plans could always change depending on how I am feeling when I get off work.
