What's For Dinner?

..I ate so much yesterday by the time dinner rolled around I was too full to eat lol...so this evening leftover chicken..and I chopped up leftover baked potato (red) and mixed with leftover bacon from yesterday, green onion, parm, cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream and baked in the oven--VERY YUMMY!! (I used parchment and the cheese got all crispy and stringy and burnt)

Last night was dinner at Dad's, Step Mom made:
Turkey with stuffing
Glazed Ham
Mashed Poatoes
Red Cabbage
Green Beans
Butter Steamed Carrots
Roasted Acorn Squash
Gravy

I only ate a small serving of mashed potatoes with gravy, a couple carrots and a few beans. Dinner was pushed to 8 pm so bro's gf could join but I cannot eat that late so I intended to not eat but had to have something as I was stuck in catch 22 wasn't feel good cause I didn't eat but couldn't eat as it was too late and didn't want to be up all night in pain.

Tonight we have homemade burgers with homemade over baked potato chips

Supper tonite was French fries baked in oven and chicken nuggets and Diet Pepsi

Lasagna, tossed salad and a Italian loaf.

Went home at lunch and prepped the chicken for the oven. Was going to have DS put it in the oven when home from school but it was still a bit frozen so I put it in the oven and put the timer on. Will whip up salad and beans as soon as I walk in the door.

Fresh pork tenderlions with patatoes,onions and cauliflower with some peppercorn sauce,maybe some macaroni salad or a ceasar salad with a diet coke.

still eating up the leftovers and I get to have all the " veggie " things in the fridge because everyone else here reaches for the bird meat, ham, stuffing , spuds and gravy....they have no idea how delicious all those roasted veggies are reheated! More for me!!
