Made the guys Breakfast for Dinner meals. They have no working toaster in the breakroom anymore so
no longer pack them any bread. I made them some 3" pancakes instead to go with their scrambled eggs and bacon.
Fit for 2 KINGS! ha ha

Last night was bolognese sauce using gardein ground round and PC garlic pasta sauce. Had to use macaroni since that’s the only noodle I had enough of.

DH just enjoyed a large plate of Natural nacho chips with melted cheese and salsa. That will hold him until ??? ha ha . I'm not hungry....yet, so weird for me to have no hunger since my last meal was breakfast.

so sad and I felt just awful leaving the bowl of clam chowder from Milestones but it was SO salty! Like REALLY screwed up salty?
If I had eaten anymore than the few spoonful of it my legs and feet would have swollen up before nightfall. I told the waitress
not to fret as I'd still pay for it, but she must have told the manager.
He showed up, was super gracious and removed it from the bill ( I told him no! lol ) He shook our hands and thanked us for alerting
him to the issue with the soup.
The 3 tiny tuna tacos I had were delicious so I was o.k.

After a long day in the sunshine gardening yesterday all I wanted was takeout pizza in bed!
but I rummaged through the fridge and made a creamy type pasta with leftover beyond steak bites, butter beans, kinda limp broccoli and used hummus and nooch to cream it up and cheese it up. It was actually really good.
Tonight????….. now I want takeout pizza in bed
