Tonight I made a Chicken Alfredo Bake with Mushrooms and Broccoli.
Had a salad on the side because I am still trying to eat my bodyweight in cucumbers each week.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

DH did his pork loin trick tonight! Paid $16.00 for a nice roast at NF. All meat, no bone, sliced up 12 thick pork chops to do as Shake & Bake, dry rubbed the remaining
roast and oven baked it. Made smashed spuds for him and DS, along with frozen corn niblets. That will be one of their work meals for next week.
I was stuffed from eating other stuff before he started cooking so rats! I'll have some of the S & B chops tomorrow maybe.....with a salad.

Who am I??? I had dinner planned before 7 am (mainly because I needed to pull it from the freezer and will need to get it in the slow cooker soon).
Tonight will be Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Sesame Pork Loin, on the side I will serve it with Rice and Stir Fry Veggies.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

bwahaha! @SassyAshley seems like the early birds got cooking early. I finished cooking a $6.00 whole chicken in the Air Fryer before 7:30 a.m.

Today we are headed to the Keg for my early birthday dinner. A neighbour gave us a gift card-which makes it even better.
