Breakfest for dinner wins for tonight as I have some bacon close to his expiring date to use up.
2 Eggs sunny side up some bacon , 2 patatoes hasbrowns,and 2 pieces of toasts with peannut butter,jam and orange juice seems good!!!!
Tonight I made a Chicken Alfredo Bake with Mushrooms and Broccoli.
Had a salad on the side because I am still trying to eat my bodyweight in cucumbers each week.
DH did his pork loin trick tonight! Paid $16.00 for a nice roast at NF. All meat, no bone, sliced up 12 thick pork chops to do as Shake & Bake, dry rubbed the remaining
roast and oven baked it. Made smashed spuds for him and DS, along with frozen corn niblets. That will be one of their work meals for next week.
I was stuffed from eating other stuff before he started cooking so rats! I'll have some of the S & B chops tomorrow maybe.....with a salad.
Who am I??? I had dinner planned before 7 am (mainly because I needed to pull it from the freezer and will need to get it in the slow cooker soon).
Tonight will be Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Sesame Pork Loin, on the side I will serve it with Rice and Stir Fry Veggies.
Just picked up a roast chicken and baguette at Costco-will add some yams I baked last night and call that dinner.
bwahaha! @SassyAshley seems like the early birds got cooking early. I finished cooking a $6.00 whole chicken in the Air Fryer before 7:30 a.m.

But my roast chicken was super easy!
For dinner we had: Pork ribs cooked in BBQ sauce in the slow cooker (It was the first time I was making homemade pork ribs and in the slow cooker) oh my so good!!!
With my pork back ribs I had McCain super crispy with sea salt fries done in the oven.First time trying fries in the oven.It was good!!!

I am going to make a pot of curried coconut cauliflower lentil soup( my invention and mighty tasty) and serve it with a baguette.
Today we are headed to the Keg for my early birthday dinner. A neighbour gave us a gift card-which makes it even better.
DH did his chx strips, mashed spuds, boiled carrots and peas dinner again. The guys really love that kind of a meal, I'll participate but
not enthusiastically.
