Last night was odds and ends or what we call international night aka leftovers. We had leftover garlic smashed taters, buttery corn, and Greek salad. We ate a bigger lunch so that was enough for us.

An early dinner for us but this is actually the guys breakfast, and my very late lunch ( if that makes sense.)
DS and I are having fancy sushi and sashimi rolls from AI. DH is gambling on KFC, he has not eaten that crap in over 2 years.
We're both giving DH a hard time over his choice.

Mum and I went out for fish and chips for a late lunch-we split an order but no dinner will be needed. Of course I did top it off with the last piece of leftover chocolate cake!

Tonight-Ribs/chicken, salad and veggies. Will toss the last of the waffle fries in the air fryer for anyone that would like them.

Today at my late lunch I finished off the last 4 sushi rolls that DS had bought for me yesterday. These ones had Tempura shrimp, veg and " sea leg meat " ( shudder, I tolerate that imitation crab really ) but 2 of them had this incredible honey mustard sauce all over....so yummy! Dinner will probably be light, not sure what I feel like having yet.

I just whipped up a pot of chicken curry and rice. Hoping the leftovers are tasty enough to serve to our guests from India tomorrow night-if not will have to come up with a Plan B. They are also bringing a beef dish of some sort-so I doubt we will starve.

Last night was a missed opportunity for dinner. Our lunch was late and eaten under sunshine in the backyard.
I had roasted chicken meat between a large slice of toasted sour dough, mayo on it, along with leftover Caesar
salad.
DH had a serving of the omelet I had made earlier ( cubed a 1/4 of an everything bagel and let it soak in beaten
eggs. Mixed in diced green onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Once the first side cooks I flip it, pile on fine
grated Parm. which melts perfectly. He had a roasted chx leg, Caesar salad and a " taste test " spoonful of the
Shepherd's Pie I made in the a.m.
This saw us too full to have any dinner, so we grazed on fresh fruit later in the evening.

oh boy! Protein overload here. DH cut up the giant slab of pork loin roast ( sale at NF $1.99 lb. ) He got 16 thick pork
chops and still had enough to dry rub what was left, a roast ! The bite sized bits and pieces that fell away he sauteed
up in the cast iron pan. SO TENDER!
In the meantime I had already shoved one of the Butterball frozen footballs in the oven. He placed the pork loin roast
right next to it in the oven.
Shameful!
This week coming up the guys will use most of that meat for their work meals. They can tack on raw veggie sticks, or
cook up any number of available greens in the crisper. Lots of fresh fruit was bought today as well.
Our very late first meal today ( well past 3 p.m. ) was we split a giant crab stuffed cremini mushroom, had Caesar salad
and also split the last Shake 'n Bake pork chop from Thursday's food. We are pretty good at cleaning up leftovers.

BLSL Chicken breasts baked in the oven with waffle fries, asparagus and garlic toast.
The leftover chicken breasts (I bought fresh chicken today) I put in a ziploc bag with spices, garlic and lime juice and put it in the fridge. Will probably tomorrow nights dinner with rice and veggies (IF not I will toss in the freezer)
