oh my goodness! @lizzie bargain I actually have coconut milk in the pantry! That sauce ( siracha is quite a hot thing right? ) I might have to downgrade and use sweet thai chili sauce or something not so hot for these guys ( and me too ) DD is the only one that can tolerate the extra spicy stuff.
The peanut butter ingredient hooked me in though.

@lizzie bargain I made it last night!! The sauce turned out so creamy and peanut buttery! ( I may have added a bit more than the recipe called for ) but so far the guys liked it and asked me to pack a serving into their containers for tonight's work meal.
I made a double recipe so there is some for my lunch today too.

Roast chicken, potatoes and carrots with gravy and stuffing. Blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Roasted turkey ,mashed potato,carrot,cranberry ginger sauce,gravy.

Last night Mom picked up pizza on her way home as we were supposed to go out but decided last minute not too so no plans were made for dinner.

Tonight I am not sure, Mom is off work today so I am hoping she has a plan

Yes, heavy on the pork, but it's really good at this place. Their beef is tough, and they use fake chicken - but the bbq pork is to die for!
Husband only eats noodles, pork, and shrimp. The rest is mine, lol!

The plan is to make golden potato soup.
