What's For Dinner?

Pork chops and apple sauce with roast potatoes and cauliflower.

..made pasta, ground beef, mushroom, onion, garlic, kale, pasta sauce, cooked the rotini in the sauce, parm. cheese, toasted garlic cheese bread..and I made these:

(whew! yesterday I cooked the chicken and potatoes and put the asparagus in the oven during the last 10 mins, on parchment tossed with olive oil & spices, etc..while setting table I left the asparagus in the oven on broil to crisp it up and when I went to take the pan out of the oven it burst into flames (the paper)---PANIC!! luckily the sink was near so I dumped it all in the sink and ran the water--won't be trying that this evening!)

Gosh, how I miss cooking!

A&W tonight - I barely finished a Teen burger, just a few fries and two onion rings. Husband had two Papas, a Mama, his fries and mine.

Tonight I made stroganoff with macaroni (smart pasta with veggies in it), sliced radishes, and sliced cucumber. Our kids didn’t really like the meat sauce, but ate everything else with seconds. It had been a long time since I made stroganoff, so Dh and I enjoyed it.

Pasta e Fagioli (pasta with beans) tonight.

Thinking Chicken Cesar Salad with Garlic Bread tonight

Dh has a meeting out of town tonight, so I’ll need to have something ready for him to eat when he stops home from work. Tonight’s supper plan is cheddar perogies, sour cream, sausages, steamed cauliflower, and fresh watermelon.

Janes Chicken Strips,with honey and sweet and sour sauces,cavendish patatoes wedges with sour cream ! :)

Wine club is meeting tonight instead of Friday. It’s at the home of a couple who are big foodies. He’s a red seal chef and sommelier and she is a food stylist and writer. I love when the rotation comes around to them!
