Last night we went to Wimpy's and had a burger and fries before we did our grocery shopping. Not the healthiest of meals but a quick meal on the go.
Tonight, I have no idea depends what time we get home.

My afternoon meeting just got cancelled, that should make cooking supper a little easier.
Chicken breasts baked in my home made fruit sauce. Served with tomato and cucumber salad and rice. I always have a glass of milk with each meal when I am at home.
The big tomatoes from my garden are now ripening quickly.
Changed out the tomato and cucumber salad for some coleslaw instead.

Tonight will be uh, 'something' in the slowcooker - it smells good, whatever it is.
I put chopped onions and potatoes at the bottom, sprinkled with barley, frozen mixed veggies, and a can of whole tomatoes I squooshed up. Lots of garlic on top, then a can of black beans (have never tasted, never cooked with....), then ground beef I had sauteed.
I used a package of Club House slowcooker seasoning which was for beef soup, mixed with water, and poured that overtop.
I'll check to adjust seasoning, because last time I used a CH packet it was quite strong.
