A Pierre Drive Thru breaded chicken burger. Not bad for a 60 second frozen burger and bun.

I have lots of leftovers so pulled pork (which turned out so tender & tasty) on fresh ciabatta buns (amazed to find them here!!) and I have a Santa Fe Supreme (?) bagged salad that I will have to doctor up a bit...We have a raging blizzard so even if we do lose the power, I can still re-heat the pork on the woodstove & feed the neighbours as well!!
Last night was roast/stew as my mom called it. Basically what she did was take a roast and cook it in the over using the the base of the stew we make (Garden Cocktail & Spices) cooked it until it fell apart, shredded then meat than added it to a pot with the drippings plus some more liquid added carrots and mushrooms and thickened. It was served over leftover mashed potatoes with the last of my homemade french. It was quite good would have it again.
I am making chicken fajitas tonight with homemade oatmeal cookies for dessert.
Leftover pork in sauce from the other day. I'll make some pasta to go with it, along with some sort of veg, and maybe garlic toast.
