What's For Dinner?

Last night was Soya Bake chicken, black pepper beef, grilled bok choy and plain rice.

Tonight is turkey with all the fixings.
My only contribution is cranberries with port.

DH is making the Easter dinner today. Chicken Parmesan, penne with sauce and garlic toast.

Roast pork, mashed potatoes, beets, asparagus, apple sauce and gravy. Chocolate eclair for dessert.

Tonight is Baked Chicken Breast with Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Cauliflower.

Croque-monsieur(croissants,ham and cheese)

Tonight for us is just shrimp scampi and unfortunately no fresh bread

We did not travel to see family, and no one travelled to see us. Besides, some of us have been sick so an easy supper for us. Ham and pineapple pizza from the freezer with celery sticks and sliced cucumber.

Yesterday's Easter dinner - everything from the Easter basket taken to church to be blessed, plus some extras.

Easter breads, Paska and Babka (not made by me this year, but by authentic Ukrainian Babas from church, they were good)
baked ham
two kinds of garlic sausage
egg cheese, made by husband
creamed cottage cheese
green onion
beets and horseradish 'relish'
butter
hard-boiled eggs, and I made some devilled eggs

potato salad
I also made cabbage rolls

^ wow!! that looks like a yummy feast :) so pretty too!

today for me is hot turkey leftovers, hot turkey sandwiches and all the leftover veggies, salt beef & puddings hashed up in a fry pan (I like this better than the original dinner :) )

Steaks of smoked maple ham,pineapple and mashed patatoes! :)

My daughter went to the hockey game tonight so it is just myself and my wife so I am going to have left over shrimp scampi and she is not feeling well so ill make her some tomato soup
