Lasagne hamburger helper, boiled green giant mixed veggies (way too much corn in the bag), and milk for everyone.

Tomorrow’s supper plan is pork roast with onion. We are out of potatoes and I think we are out of hash browns too. I’ll havd to figure out the rest of the meal tomorrow. Maybe perogies with sour cream and unsweetened apple sauce to go with the roast and steamed fresh cauliflower.
Janes Chicken Burgers(with all the fixings and swiss cheese+bacon) and Cavendish patatoes wedges with sour cream! :)
chicken wrap & fries
Okay so I found some chicken parts in the freezer.
No one seemed to know how old they were but
they were definitely pre-hurricane.
We decided to burn them on the BBQ
because it's the least cruel thing to do.
Someone suggested I rub the chicken.
I am against animal cruelty but I reluctantly agreed.
I was corrected and began using the spice rub.
I was warned against deadly salmonella poisoning!
I didn't want to kill any innocent salmon or their baby ella's
so I was very careful.
Smoke is rising so I have to go now.
Beef stew
Cabbage rolls and kolbassa
The wife is still not feeling right so I made us both tomato soup and grilled cheese
Dinner tonight is still a mystery but I will figure it out! Will see what I find at store. Have lots of options if I don't find any deals. Perogies for sure either tonight or tomorrow since we have lots and lots of sour cream. Hmmm. I have a ham in the fridge. That would go well with the perogies! Add veggies! I think I have a plan :)
last night I pulled 4 slices of cauliflower pizza out of the freezer that I made back last MAY! ha ha
Still delicious, thank goodness for parchment paper in between and solid air tight containers I stored these in. I have about 7 of these 12 inch pizzas left all premade and frozen....lol
..just getting home from the cabin ( we're still able to snowmobile here :-) ) dinner will be late. I have in the oven chicken (not rubbed) just coated in a breading that will come out nice and crispy :-) drizzled with honey ..and baked potato & asparagus (and maybe macaroni salad as there's a container in the fridge that needs to be eaten)
Janes chicken strips with honey and sweet and sour sauce and Cavendish patatoes wedges with sour cream ,easter chocolate for dessert! :)
