What's For Dinner?

We have a roast in the slow cooker and some fresh buns so we decided to do pulled beef on a bun

Chicken Parm Soup with a Garlic Bun

M&M jumbo crispy wings, fries, salad with cauliflower, carrots, and cucumber with Greek dressing.

Ham, scalloped potatoes, asparagus and salad. Pound cake for dessert.

We had taco bowls.

We are bbqing chicken. Serving with homemade potato salad and grilled veggies

Last night ended up being chicken with perogies and cauliflower and green/yellow beans with carrots.
Leftovers of the above for tonight and a toasted Western for those still hungry/or don't want leftovers.

I’m going shopping for new clothes today...gotta spruce up for spring! Before I head out, I’m putting together a ham,sausage and bean soup in the slowcooker. I’ll be tired by the time I get home, so this will be perfect.

I have not planned my own dinner just yet, but there is so much salad fixins in the fridge that I will have to consider that being a big part of it.

..there's leftover chicken from yesterday, going to make rice and there's still some asparagus & macaroni salad..and bread that was fresh that needs to be used up so will probably make garlic, cheese bread in the oven..

(whew! yesterday I cooked the chicken and potatoes and put the asparagus in the oven during the last 10 mins, on parchment tossed with olive oil & spices, etc..while setting table I left the asparagus in the oven on broil to crisp it up and when I went to take the pan out of the oven it burst into flames (the paper)---PANIC!! luckily the sink was near so I dumped it all in the sink and ran the water--won't be trying that this evening!)

Fend for myself tonight so leftovers ! :)

My wife is still not well so I stopped and picked up Lipton chicken noodle soup (on her request). She just had the soup and I also made a couple of grilled cheese for myself.

Its been years since I have had the Lipton packaged chicken noodle soup and they are actually pretty good

Picked up Chinese, sure was yummy!
