Dear Dinner thread:
When last we spoke I was in need of some spuds for a clam chowder.
Bought a 10 lb. bag on Saturday at NF for a decent price. ( think it was under $2.00 ) and had the chowder all made before dinner time and served it with Red Lobster pkg cheese biscuits made in a cast iron pan ( think ONE large biscuit )
This time at the very end of making the chowder I added 2 Tbsp Red Wine vinegar and 1/2 cup Brandy. I had 2 different recipes and each one suggested one of these ingredients so I added them both! ha ha
It was so delicious but sadly, now it is all gone.
