Leftovers supper, I had slices of roast pork with gravy on a bun, spiral fries, corn off the cob.
Husband had leftover veal Cordon Bleu, bit of pork cutlet, and some roast pork. The closest he came to a veggie was heating up the corn for me...

..there's lots of leftover bbq'd pork so will need to reinvent or maybe just reheat and have rice, etc ...or maybe put it in a rice stir-fry

If you think you're Irish and you eat rice, you're not.

Last night was a wonderful "free" meal out.
We had ceaser salad, onion rings as an app as we were starving. Main dish was Gnocchi with beef strips and peppercorn sauce. Dessert was Lemon crunch and Oreo cheesecake (we shared) Best part is the leftovers for lunch today!1

I added some additional vegetables to my chicken soup.
It took me half an hour to make.
That's half an hour of my life I'll never get back.
I blame all of you.
Yep.

Tonight just scraping together a couple things including peanut butter sandwiches. Tomorrow is pay day and will be a vegan cheese burger with carrots and Brussels sprouts.

Now that KFC is crap and has mini pieces, husband is in search of decent fried chicken.
Ordered from Santa Lucia, actually pretty good. Husband only eats dark, I eat both but usually end up eating white - and it was very moist so that was great. Not greasy at all, good kinda crispy coating, just a wee bit spicy.
Fries awesome, gravy a typical chicken gravy; the coleslaw was quite tasty, but the cabbage was cut too long and most pieces were thick. Biggest garlic bread I have ever seen, was good.
