Happy Friday!!! we had an intense storm!! lost the power & cell service for 24 hrs...I had lots of food cooked so was able to reheat everything on the wood stove and heat water for dishes, etc...I'm glad its over! Going out for chinese food this evening :)

Today was a cooking day ..roast beef , carrots, turnip, cabbage, potatoes, dumplings, peas pudding,salt beef and loaded with gravy ..ohhh it was so delicious , been dying for this for week now .ohhh Diet Pepsi
I made a pan and a half of perogy shells, we had with leftover veal cutlets.
We are going to a potluck tonight, I’m making a keto chili.
..today will be clean out the fridge day to eat up some of the leftovers
If anyone is looking for a yummy dip, I made this one Saturday night, it was sooo good...I didn't have monterey jack on hand so used 2 cups of old cheddar & added tabasco sauce to the ingredients (and topped with marble cheese)...it was yummy and everyone wanted the recipe..

My wife got a great deal on chicken wings and bought a few packs so two in the freezer and hooters style wings for tonight. Will go thru the fridge for vegs to cut up and ranch style dip for dipping
@KelJo wowsers on the dip. I bookmarked it so I can make it sometime for my son, he would go nuts for that combo!
^ and you can make it earlier in the day. I made it earlier in the evening and put it in the fridge and when ready to cook popped it in the oven for 30 minutes at 350..and I served with Tostitos Restaurant Style Tortilla chips..Scoops would probably be really good too :-)
