Tuna sandwich on homemade potato bread.

On my own for dinner tonight so I plan to just use whatever is in the fridge. I know we have some leftover Potato Wedges, Taco Meat (thinking this might be the option I go for), and leftover Pizza.

Thinking I will probably just make a Taco Salad as we also have some Iceberg that needs to used up. Or I could heat up the pizza and make a Cesar Salad as we also have some Romaine in the fridge.

We will see how I feel when I get home

at 7 p.m. had 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt with 1 tsp pure cocoa powder and drops of stevia mixed in, and a sprinkling of both chopped almonds and pecans.

...took a large french loaf out of the freezer that needs to be used so going to make bruschetta .... and looking through the freezer decided to make a seafood chowder to use up a cooked lobster leftover from the summer (hopefully its still good) a few crab legs also leftover...and I have shrimp & cod cheeks to add so hopefully its yummy
