Not in the mood to cook so we ordered in Chinese, the usual fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls, Cantonese chow mein, spring rolls and beef with broccoli.

Instead of Minute Rice, I used the Noor basmati rice with 2 cups of water-waited for lot to reach boil then added in the VH butter chicken sauce. Done in 20min and oh what flavours! Going to do this again!
Last night, leftover kebabs and goulash Mom brought home from an event made up dinner.
Tonight-I want a coffee cake or muffins to use up the last of the milk; Lipton's chicken soup will be dinner.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.

DIY assembled Pho
Everyone is running around today and we can't get into the garage freezer for some pizza without moving things for an hour so takeout it is.
Pho broth from a local restaurant and beans sprouts, noodles, meat and herbs from the grocery store. Takes less than 5 minutes to cook the noodles and works out to $6/person which is much better than $12/person at the restaurant. We plan on using leftover noodles and things for pad thai lunches tomorrow.
