What's For Dinner?

Tonight I am going to try a new recipe I found for chicken enchiladas.

Tonite I had Chinese food at Dixie mall food court in Mississauga it was tasty

That's a long drive for Chinese food, it better be good.

made candied kielbasi last night ( as a test run to see if I want to include it in my Xmas day appys ) and it is all nearly eaten!
Thanks @Lynn49 for the recipe, sure love that there isn't much to the ingredient list is there? I did ours in the oven, might try it in the crock pot next time. It will be added onto our Xmas day menu....but I am still tweaking how I want to serve it.

Stew in oven cooking - pieces of pork loin, onions, celery, potatoes, peas, carrots, corn, cauliflower - will make gravy when it's nearly done.

Salmon steaks, rice and cauliflower. A few cookies for dessert.

All alone for dinner tonight so decided to just have the last of the leftover Beef Stew.

Husband will pick up fish and chips on his way home from work.
Then, we hibernate.

Tonight we had homemade waffles, Johnsonville sausages, canned fruit cocktail, and a glass of milk.

This evening's snack was Mann's sugar snap peas.

leftovers, only 3 more sleeps before we fly down the states for the holidays. so gotta clear the fridge as much as we can

In a while we are going over to the neighbours house for a Christmas get together they are having and she is a chef. lucky us

We went to the one they had in the summer and we still talk about a few of the dishes they served

Inventory at work, didn't go as planned LONG day so we ordered pizza.
