    Last night I ended up heating up the leftover Chicken Fingers, and I found a part bag of Fries in the Freezer I tossed in the Over and made a Cesar Salad. All and all not bad and was easy.

    Tonight I am not sure yet, not sure what time I will need to work till tonight so it all depends on what time I get home and how much time I have to throw dinner together. Really wishing our plan for Sunday had not changed and I had gotten a chance to prep for this week, then I would have had a few throw together dinners in the fridge I could quickly pop in the oven.

    My goal for tonight is stuffed peppers, we have rice already cooked, mushrooms, spinach and peppers that need to be used up. Just hoping I have the time when I get home as it is a bit of a process to make but it is my plan

    SIL got home from 2 months deployment in Africa yesterday; so going with pub style foods. Braised Beef short ribs, air fried chicken wings, cauliflower mac 'n cheese and garlic greens.
    I will likely do a few jalapeno poppers as well, just goat cheese filled peppers, but I am hooked.

    Yesterday I made a coconut chicken curry with rice, a pasta salad and today I made a pot of lentil soup-so we are eating from those 3 choices for lunch and dinner.
