today I'm having a chicken wrap & ceasar salad....yesterday I made this pork stew in the slow cooker using a blade roast, it was REALLY GOOD!! (I didn't use fresh ginger but added onion..and I didn't have allspice but added a wee bit of cinnamon & nutmeg) it was perfect for a snow day!

it's the weekend,!! told the guys to name their poison for tonight's dinner but they were too bushed from work to think so I suggested Prime rib roast? They nodded.
Sides might just be a large Caesar salad, as it's too hot to have mashed spuds and cooked veg.
In fact they might even choose to make sammies with the beef?

Takeout tonight. I had a hot turkey sandwich, fries, and Caesar salad. Husband had liver and bacon, fries.
Husband ate all his. I barely ate half the turkey, it was good to have real turkey .but there were huge thick slices. Homecut fries and gravy were good, had less than half. Each meal came with a salad, real bacon and shaved parm, but I only had a few bites.
